The six story Phase One building features 110,000 square feet of lease space and a separate three level parking garage for 450 cars.
Yancey- Hausman had developed a sister building to the Northwest Crossing Office Plaza which would have increased its size to 220,000 square feet. The success of the Northwest Crossing project has bolstered demand for this premium office space.
One of our goals for this project was to design a professional environment that was both evocative and affordable.
